Paul Timm, President

PAUL TIMM, PRESIDENT Paul Timm, President and Designated Broker of Trust Realty Advisors, Inc. co-founded the company in 1992. He received a Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of Colorado in 1982, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and also completed one year of preliminary business courses in the Masters Business Program at San Diego State University. Paul began his career working as a venture capitalist in Denver. He began to focus on a real estate career in Denver as a consultant to lending institutions including Colorado National Bank, Crocker Bank, Colonial Savings and United Bank. Upon moving to Arizona 1986, Paul worked as an asset manager and development coordinator for Harbor Southwest Development. He was hired as an asset manager and disposition officer for Western Savings in 1989, where he was responsible for the management and sale of over $300 million in assets including office and land. From 1994 to the present, Paul has formed several commercial real estate investment partnerships investing in land, commercial office buildings and apartments. Paul has established a private group of investors to pursue investment properties in the Southwest. Since 1994, his investments have generated annual returns from 9% to 300%. As managing member, Paul is responsible for the management, leasing, marketing and sales of those properties through Trust Realty Advisors, Inc.. In addition to his presidency and management of Trust Realty Advisors, Inc., Paul is President of Countrywalk Homes, Inc., a small single family production home builder. He is responsible for all operations of this fast growing development company including oversight of the construction staff, customer services, sales and bookkeeping. Paul is also in charge of new development projects and financing for the company. Paul is a member of the Home Building Association, a Board member of the Rotary Club of Scottsdale and also a member of the Scottsdale Board of Realtors. He has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Arizona since 1990. Alisa Timm

Alisa Timm, Vice President/Secretary of Trust Realty Advisors, Inc., co-founded the company in 1992. She received a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and English from The Colorado College in 1984. Alisa Timm achieved the designation Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1989. Alisa began her career in Denver for a local developer leasing office and industrial space. After several successful years working in leasing and management in Denver she accepted a job as Portfolio Supervisor with a life insurance company in Phoenix in 1985. Highly motivated with a passion for detail, Alisa excelled in her field and was soon responsible for over 20 commercial properties in the Southwest. Her duties included supervision of third party management contracts, direct property management, leasing, turn around and re-positioning of all types of commercial properties. In 1989, she launched her own consulting business providing services to Landlords and Property Owners. She consulted extensively with large institutions involved in the RTC doing due diligence. By 1992 the consulting and management business had grown and became incorporated as Trust Realty Advisors. Over the years, Alisa has built a quality client base by developing relationships with individual owners and investors. She has been active in advising, buying, selling and managing commercial and multi-family housing properties both as an owner and third party advisor. A member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) for almost 20 years, Alisa has served as a board member and has been awarded the President’s Award. In addition, she has served as its Education Chairperson and on various committees. Alisa is also a member of the Arizona Multi-housing Association. She has also been active in the Scottsdale Unified School District where she has served on district committees, as well as in the schools, including her current service on the Bond Oversight Committee. Pam Hardman

Pam Hardman, Certified Property Manager, has been with Trust Realty Advisors since 2003. Earning the Certified Property Manager designation in 1980, Pam recently received recognition for her 25 years of outstanding service. She served as President of the Tucson chapter in 1984 and 1994 and was honored as local Property Manager of the Year in 1995. Before joining Trust Realty Advisors, she served as the Regional Director for a large management firm, where she managed several apartment communities under the Section 42- tax credit program. Prior to moving to Phoenix, Arizona in 2002, Pam was a partner in a successful full service real estate company for 18 years in Tucson, Arizona. In addition to an office building and retail portfolio, the firm managed over 2,000 units in apartment communities and homeowner associations. Her firm also specialized in office condominium association management. Pam has been an instructor with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has taught at Pima Community College. A member of the community dedicated to helping others, Pam served as President of the Board of Directors in 2000-2001 for Our Town Family Center, whose $3 million dollars in annual resources provide children, youth, and families opportunities for success. Carol Mueller

Carol is a full charge bookkeeper with over twenty years experience in property management bookkeeping. She has extensive knowledge of both cash and accrual accounting and at one time managed forty separate client based companies. Carol has been a member of the Trust Realty Advisors staff since 2000. She is responsible for the set up and ongoing accounting for all companies managed by Trust Realty Advisors. Her responsibilities include accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash reconciliation, maintaining tenant ledgers/files, vendor files and 1099’s, all entries to the general ledger through monthly operating statements, sales tax reports, and company payroll. Prior to moving to Arizona, Carol was employed with the Reilly-Joseph Company in Wisconsin for sixteen years. This company owned and managed twelve hundred residential apartments with eighty percent under the HUD Sections 8 program. While at Reilly-Joseph, Carol was accountable for all bookkeeping associated with each property and was HUD-certified as an Occupancies Specialist. She also held a Wisconsin Real Estate Brokers License until the time she relocated to Arizona. During the two years she worked for Omni Management Group, Inc. of Scottsdale, Arizona, she acquired extensive accounting skills in regards to commercial property management. Carol was responsible for all in-house bookkeeping functions of the company as well as handling forty separate general ledgers for their client base. In addition to her extensive career in real estate, Carol also had a fourteen-year career in the banking sector and achieved the position of junior officer, with the title of Assistant Cashier. Working in a number of different departments allowed her to acquire various skills and knowledge which she now applies to her real estate career.
