Since 1991, Trust Realty Advisors (TRA) has been providing property and asset management services in the Phoenix area.  Specializing in multifamily housing, office condominium associations, mid-sized commercial office and retail properties, we have the experience and resources to help you maximize your investment. Our leasing services are exclusive to those properties that we manage and/or are part of the ownership.

Common Area Maintenance

• A minimum of weekly inspection of all common areas
• Regular inspection of all vacant suites
• Regular inspection of the property for safety issues
• Receive maintenance calls, facilitate and oversee repairs
• Competitively bid all capital projects
• Hire and/or supervise site personnel
• Supervise the performance of vendors and contractors
• Respond to emergency calls 24/7
• Perform regular capital improvements to maintain the value of the property
• Provide Owner(s) with regular feedback on required or recommended improvements
